VTH Software & Design
Genetics B.V. provides specialized SaaS and ICT solutions tailored for government institutions, focusing on permitting, supervision, and enforcement (VTH). Using a user-centered design approach, I conducted user research and engaged directly with customers to understand their needs. This informed the design of intuitive software modules that streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and improve compliance within the public sector.
